What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Data Analyst III position at Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI )?
- The position will be responsible for analysis, design, development, implement and maintain global reporting systems for Fiber manufacturing environment. In this capacity, he/she will work closely with engineering, operations, and business leaders across all Fiber plants to deliver manufacturing plant and division level information.
- Fulfill dual function, one as a Manufacturing Data analyst; two as controls engineer.
- The person will become the expert for the MI reporting system in their area of responsibility along with ancillary data feeds from control systems to report out equipment, process, utilization to manage and control downtime of operations and productivity.
- When the person leads a project, he/she will be responsible for managing the activities required to meet the project’s objectives within the constraints of an allowed budget and a desired timeline.
- Maintain close relationships with business personnel in order to understand changing business requirements and drive adoption to standard reporting practices.
- Improve manufacturing performance by analyzing manufacturing processes and product data to build various reports and cubes to be used by operational leaders to make key operational decisions.
- Good knowledge about any manufacturing processes to generate ware flow reporting, scorecards, dashboards, summary, and detail reporting to give good insights to manufacturing productivity, backlogs and outputs.
- B.S. Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Electrical or Electronics or any Engineering.
- 4 years of combined experience in IT.
Technical Skills:-
- Experience using Microsoft SQL server Business Intelligence Development Studio.
- Experience generating reports in Power BI, Control charts and Dashboard.
- Experience in programming in Python or VB.net or C
- Experience/Knowledge in developing data extraction packages using SSIS.
- Experience/Knowledge in developing reports design and development using SSRS.
- Full Life Cycle Experience in Model, Design, Development of Data warehouse/ETL/BI Solutions.
- Strong Back End development skills and knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or others).
- Build SQL to conduct statistical analysis.
- Project planning, requirements gathering and analysis, test plan development.
- Willing to be on off hours call on a rotational basis.
