Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Assemble components using UV cured epoxy.
Process work orders for optical component manufacturing.
Follow PPE requirements.
Comply with ISO9000 standards, including ESD protocols, work area cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
Attend daily team stand-up meetings.
Participate in improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Practical Process Improvement).
Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to 5S procedures.
Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
No prior experience necessary.
Detail-oriented with strong computer skills.
Ability to work with small parts under a microProduct using tweezers and other small tools.
