MARKETING COORDINATOR

Duties:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for to providing administrative support, project management, event

coordination and entry-level marketing support related to the organization’s marketing strategy. This position

requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational capabilities, the ability to communicate effectively and the

ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines. The Marketing Coordinator will help manage incoming

marketing projects requests from Salinas Valley Health employees and departments.

Skills:

• Performs duties associated with interdepartmental requests for print and marketing material. Serves as
  
  

a project coordinator for requests coming from all other Salinas Valley Health departments, Salinas

Valley Health Clinics, as well as outside organizations.

• Support the director and marketing team with administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
• Provide support for various marketing activities, including events and internal marketing efforts.
• Manage an activity calendar to help coordinate team workload.
• Assist in the management of the invoicing/AP process.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly review presentations to share information with partners about
  
  

marketing efforts and results.

• Occasional availability on evenings and weekends for organizational needs.
• Coordinates video and photography shoots for website, intranet, service providers and employee
  
  

awards/recognitions on and off site.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
