Product Creation & Merch (PCM) Data Analyst

Requested Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, combination of education, experience, or training in the field of mathematics, analytics, information systems, business analytics, or other relevant areas
• 3 years professional experience in mathematics, analytics, information systems, business analytics, or similar roles
• Hands on experience with reporting and data visualizations tools – at Converse we use Tableau and Sigma.
• Advanced SQL skills, needed for writing complex, scalable queries to prepare data for reporting, advanced analytics, and insights needs – at Converse we use Snowflake.
• Intermediate to advanced Python or R coding skills, needed for data preparation, transforming, modeling, and displaying large amounts of data.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills; Grit, tenacity and creativity to work through complex analytics issues and questions.
• Automation mindset; Identify opportunities to automate insights generation work and ability to partner with Technology teams to implement solutions where possible.

The team is looking for a Data Scientist or Data Analyst to assist with using data to make product listing decisions. They will help provide insight on product skews, quantities, etc.

This is a parental leave fill for an FTE worker.
