Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned local clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they are well-prepared and enthusiastic about job opportunities and interview. Provide guidance throughout the hiring process to increase their likelihood of success.
- Interview Preparation & Onboarding Coordination: Prepare candidates for interviews by providing essential information and support. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure all new hires have a smooth and timely start.
- Client Requirements Management: Understand and respond promptly to client requirements by providing timely, quality resume submissions. Monitor submissions, interviews, and offers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ethical and professional conduct in all interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), email, and web browsers.
- High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of industry-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
