Provides direct support to the business unit and clients by assisting with the monitoring of short and medium-term Scheduling and Planning readiness processes based on the Demand plan.

Education
Position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about office locations; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch periodically for prolonged periods of time; manipulation (lift, carry, move) of light to medium weights of 10-35 pounds; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp and type for prolonged periods of time; visual acuity to use a keyboard, computer monitor, operate equipment, and read materials for prolonged periods of time; ability to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear for prolonged periods of time.

What will you do?
- Own key scheduling reporting functions that drive site readiness to issued manufacturing schedule
- Facilitate daily Value Stream Meeting intended to be the site pulse of supply health
- Action key scheduling deliverables such as running Taylor daily interface and scheduling new orders
- Drive intensity and completion of document releases to ensure adherence to the readiness gate targets
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- “In progress” Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Production or related field is required
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills (legible writing)
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-starter, mature, independent and dependable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, able to multi-task and is results-oriented.
