Job Responsibilities:
As a Global Training Coordinator for the Client Training Center located in Davenport, IA, you will be working within Client and answering emails and phone calls to support dealer needs in reference to their employees’ learning development. You will be managing a JDU Support shared mailbox, delegating and responding to emails as the face of the Training Center. You will also:
Performs a variety of tactical tasks to support training activities such as support of Web-based learning systems, Information Technology (IT), computer software or hardware, and coordinating training programs. Duties can be complex and deal with technical support, critical administrative tasks, coordinating facility logistics/equipment/training aids and maintaining information in various systems and interaction with external business partners. Deals with proprietary or confidential information regarding Company and channel partner activities and will provide fundamental training relevant to Learning Management System administration at the channel partner level. MAJOR DUTIES: Description of the major duties performed in this job.Provides a variety of tactical tasks to support training activities such as support of a Web based learning system, Information Technology (IT), computer software or hardware, and coordinating training programs. Supports training staff in a variety of ways such as providing support materials, documenting, administrating processes, purchasing, or being a resource on specialized training issues. May assist in development and delivery of training to channel partners, Company personnel and customers. Works collaboratively with training staff and channel partners, Company personnel and customers on issues relating to their support and coordination role within training. Handles telephone support, customer and channel partner phone calls and provides Tier 2 support to resolve issues with channel partners, customers, and field personnel. Makes decisions and provides recommendations to Learning Services Provider(s). Utilizes selected processes and tools to assist instructors and managers in the processing of relevant communications, training materials, and/or reports. Monitors transaction activity on Learning Management System and reconciles revenues and expenses to appropriate course and account and executes the appropriate charge-back method for the user. May provide assistance in marketing or filling classes by analyzing upcoming rosters and providing telemarketing support. Generate reports for supervisors and managers to take appropriate actions.

- Lead the tactical execution of scheduling and closing classes delivered by the global Construction & Forestry training organization
- Load/manage items as requested by internal training group
- Manage JDU item & offering pricing globally
- Perform audits
- Provide administrative support to dealer personnel and dealer training managers
- Work with enterprise training coordinators to ensure process alignment and overall system management
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

- Intermediate experience of Excel
- A 4-year degree with 2.8 minimum GPA would be beneficial, but not required.
