Prepare documents and presentations based on input provided by various team members.
Arrange and maintain calendars and travel, including high-level government & investor engagements.
Coordinate high-level meetings and gatherings, including planning and day-of execution of on-site meeting logistics.
Ensuring our 2,500-square-foot company office runs smoothly.
Partner with administrative professionals across the company to manage competing needs and deadlines.
Maintain vendor contracts and purchase orders, organizational charts and document retention adherence
GR- & CSR-specific responsibilities:
Take responsibility for critical tasks related to lobbying and Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings.
Support organizing, preparing for, and completing government VIP visits to company sites and public events at our operations.
Coordinate VIP volunteer events and company-sponsored community engagement activities
Support CSR team operations, procedures for philanthropic programs and donations and related financial reconciliations
Education
Associate s Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills - 5-10 years
Demonstrable success as an executive assistant, ideally supporting senior executive(s) at a multinational company and/or in a government relations environment.

Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills.

Proficiency in workplace computer applications, including PowerPoint, and ability to grow and adapt as new AI tools create opportunities for efficiency.
