Job Title : Interventional Technologist
Location : Milwaukee, WI- 53226
Duration : 3 Months
Job description :
Assists physicians with performance of interventional radiographic and related procedures for diagnostic interpretation and / or therapeutic interventions.
Responsible for preparation, documentation of inventory of materials, supplies and coding used for interventional radiology services. Other duties as assigned.
Skills :
Additional technical courses and experience with progressive responsibility and experience in IR / NIR and or Cath Lab is required.
One year of experience in an IR or Cath Lab setting is required.
In-depth knowledge of the operation of interventional radiographic and related diagnostic and therapeutic equipment / supplies. ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer required.
Advanced certification through ARRT in ARRT-CI or ARRT-CV or ARRT-VI is preferred American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within three months of hire.

Completion of (minimum) a 2-year, approved, program in Radiologic Technology is required.
