As a Senior UX Designer at
you will take comprehensive ownership of thePlatform Console design initiatives, connecting capabilities across Enterprise Platformsto high-quality outcomes in this highly complex area while promoting a culture ofcontinuous improvement.Who we're looking for
You'll be the go-to designer on the team, taking ownership of every detail and settingthe standard for design excellence in a complex, Enterprise-focused space. You'll tacklechallenging and high-impact projects, confidently applying your knowledge and craft.You'll continuously push the boundaries of design, exploring new ideas andapproaches.

everywhere. We enableteams through Digital ProductDesign - obsessing efficient workflows with data, insights and automation. As a keymember of this team, you'll report into the Design Director of Enterprise CapabilitieswithinDigital Product Design.Core Responsibilities
Ownership & Leadership : Take full ownership of the UX design process, fromideation to final delivery, ensuring every detail aligns with our strategic vision.Versatile, can balance multiple priorities and discern what's important andconstructively deals with problems that don't have clear solutions and outcomes.Strong attention to detail.Strategic Thinking : Develop and implement UX strategies that align with userneeds and business goals, beginning with helping the team define key resultsused to track success. Identifies and acts on opportunities to expand their skillsand responsibilities.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers,developers, and other stakeholders to participate in product discussions delivercohesive and user-centric designs clearly, both verbally and in writing.User Research : Conduct and oversee user research to inform design decisionsand validate design concepts.Prototyping & Testing : Proficient in the tools of the trade and looks to learn newones. Create prototypes and conduct usability tests to iterate on design solutions.Advocacy : Advocate for the user at all stages of the design process, ensuringuser experience is at the forefront of every project. Assists in evangelizing thebrand and design culture internally.Continuous Improvement : Seek out opportunities to enhance skills and staycurrent with industry trends, tools, and technologies. Continuing to hone theircraft, improving their work through feedback and iterations and has an in-depthknowledge of design systems.Thinking

Intuitively knows the right design solution.Qualifications :
Experience : 6 years of experience in end-to-end digital product design, 3 ofthose years in UX design, with a proven track record leading successful designefforts.Education : A bachelor's degree in design, UX / UI design, human-computerinteraction, or related field is preferred, but not required.Skills : Expert in UX design principles, methodologies, and tools. Strongproficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.Communication : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the abilityto articulate design decisions and rationale.Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in across-functional team environment.Innovation : A wide range of conceptual thinking and a passion for pushing theboundaries of what's possible in UX design.Play on the
