About the Role :
Reflex Performance Resources Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Designer to join our dynamic team in New York. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the product lifecycle, from sketches through pre-production, ensuring that each garment meets our high standards for fit, construction, and quality. You will collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to create cost-effective styles while maintaining consistency in fit across all apparel categories.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and update tech packs for products.
- Work closely with design teams to update measurements and specifications.
- Review and evaluate samples for spec, pattern shape, and construction.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all pre-production stages, ensuring garments meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with overseas offices and vendors to resolve issues with garment construction and production.
- Schedule and prepare for fit sessions, evaluating if garments meet requirements.
- Communicate detailed fit comments and corrections to vendors using digital photos, technical sketches, and instructions.
- Maintain an organized log of incoming samples and measurements.
