We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team.
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts to meet and exceed company targets, growing our existing accounts and pursuing new leads transforming new customers.
As a Salesperson there will be a salary (bi-weekly) plus commission, based on sales, calculated monthly (paid following month).
We are growing and are seeking to hire two in this business-to-business role.

Providing full-service security locally and nationally with over 30,000 retail locations and growing strong. Serving as partners in the community, we are professional, data-driven, customer-centric. Our goal is to employ best-in-class, industry leading technology, providing support from evaluation of business need through research and development with our in-house technology division, field services installation and development team, logistics and inventory management, sales, finance and billing, and local customer call center support.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Skills:
- Proven experience in technology sales or business development
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other CRM / ERP software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is sought
- Experience in outside sales strongly preferred
