What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant position at Integrated Sensory?
Job Title: Personal Assistant
About the Role:
I’m looking for a no-nonsense, forward-thinking Personal Assistant to join my fast-paced world as a small business owner. This position is flexible—ranging from part-time to full-time based on mutual preference and business needs. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience and be available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with the occasional Saturday thrown in. Not only will you be keeping my schedule and life in order, but you’ll also play a key role in helping with business operations, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Maestro: Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events without letting a single minute slip through the cracks.
- Communication Connoisseur: Field calls, emails, and texts with precision and a dash of personality, ensuring nothing important goes unanswered.
- Travel & Errand Guru: Organize travel arrangements, run errands, and handle logistics—because even superheroes need to run the occasional grocery run.
- Administrative Ace: Prepare documents, handle data entry, and maintain files, proving that organization isn’t just a word but a way of life.
- Operations Dynamo: Assist with day-to-day business operations, streamlining processes, managing supplies, and ensuring our venture runs smoothly and scales up efficiently.
- Project & Task Juggler: Tackle ad-hoc projects and problem-solve on the fly. Prioritize like a pro and keep things moving forward even when unexpected tasks pop up.
- Tech-Savvy Support: Utilize modern tools and apps for scheduling, reminders, and communications—because we’re all about working smart, not just hard.
Qualifications:
- Experience Matters: A minimum of 1 year in a personal or administrative assistant role is required.
- Organizational Ninja: You thrive in chaos and can make order appear where there once was none.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal skills are a must—you’ll be the voice and the helping hand behind the scenes.
- Adaptable & Resourceful: When plans change at the drop of a hat, you’re the first to say, “No problem, I’ve got this.”
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with scheduling software, email platforms, and collaboration tools. If you can troubleshoot an app without breaking a sweat, even better.
- Availability: Must be available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
- Sense of Humor: Life’s too short to be all business. A quick wit and a positive outlook go a long way in turning challenges into opportunities.
Why Join Me:
- Dynamic Environment: Every day is different. Expect variety, challenge, and plenty of opportunities to grow.
- Real Impact: Your contributions will directly support the success of a thriving small business—both in daily operations and strategic planning.
- Straight Talk: We believe in honest, direct communication. No sugar-coating here—just real work and real results, with plenty of laughs along the way.
