Salary: Starting at $18.00 per 30-minute session

About Us: We are a dynamic team dedicated to providing holistic coaching services to individuals of all ages, focusing on integrating sensory needs. Our approach combines sensory coaching techniques with play-based interventions to support individuals in achieving their full potential. As an Integrated Sensory Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients thrive by addressing their sensory needs in a supportive and empowering environment. All training will occur in Green Bay, WI.
Responsibilities:
- Provide integrated sensory coaching sessions to individuals of all ages, tailoring activities to meet their specific sensory needs. Engage with high-needs individuals in a compassionate and patient manner, nurturing a safe and supportive environment for growth. Collaborate with the head coach to develop and implement personalized coaching plans for each client. Maintain the integrity and professionalism of the coaching program, adhering to ethical guidelines and standards. Demonstrate a working knowledge of how the human body works, particularly in relation to sensory processing and integration. Be available in the evenings and occasional Saturdays to accommodate clients' schedules. Embrace a holistic mindset or be willing to learn, incorporating holistic principles into coaching practices.
Requirements:
- Completion of Sensory Coaching training or relevant certification in Green Bay, WI. Experience working with individuals of all ages, particularly those with high sensory needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Reliable, prompt, and punctual, with the ability to manage a schedule effectively. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy. Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
