Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. The Director, of Intake and Specialty Programs is responsible for ISBH objectives by supervising staff, organizing resources, monitoring work processes, as well as overseeing various compliance and audit requirements related to the organizations specialized service offerings. The Director will work in close collaboration with regional and county operations to ensure alignment and standardization of services and care.
The salary range for this position is $85,250 to $104,500 annually based on experience.
Essential Functions:
Provides indirect oversight of operations and programmatic activity through a team of experts in multiple specialty programs including but not limited to Intensive Home-Based Therapy, Help Me Grow, Substance Use Disorder, Peer, START, Psychiatry, Intake and Access, Risk Management, On Call, Behavioral Health Integration. and new specialty services as developed.
Ensure programmatic and fidelity with all specialty program requirements.
Provides regular supervision, evaluation, consultation, and training of the intake and access team.
Ensures establishment of repeatable processes, and procedures and identifies efficiencies to drive success and access for referred individuals.
Promotes available programs and services in the local communities and works to grow enrollment and utilization.
Collaborate with Quality and Program Consultants to conduct regular and unplanned provider and site reviews and audits.
Collaboration with Quality and Program Consultants on audit/assessment planning, preparation, and surveys/audits/assessments of program requirements and fidelity.
Supports and motivates direct reports to accomplish both their individual professional and organizational goals. Develops or assists in the development of plans to grow internal talent to meet current and future business needs.

Fostering a cohesive, coordinated, and robust response to person-centered care by consulting with employees on cases and issues in areas not within the employees area of expertise.
Provide opportunities for employees to access training and support in organization-wide specialty services.
Develops and maintains working relationships with internal leaders as well as partner agencies and community stakeholders in communities served.
Assure team productivity standards are met
Up to 50% travel.
Performs other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
Master's degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, public health, education, or related fields is required.
Licensure as LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT required.
Experience Requirements:
Six plus years of experience delivering or managing specialty programming in a healthcare environment.
Experience working in the behavioral health field and/or working with multi-system youth and families required.
Previous supervisory experience required.
Broad knowledge of community service systems.
Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.
Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems.
Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
