Vice President - Development and Strategic Initiatives

PRIMARY PURPOSE

This position is responsible for leading efforts to drive organization growth through strategic planning, revenue diversification, and effective relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track and diversify revenue sources
• Grant writing
• Develop strategies to expand business
• Create and maintain client relations database
• Train business development staff
• Plan and oversee outreach events in liaison with executive team
• Research new and changing development trends
• Plan business investments
• Identify internal issues preventing business growth
• Develop and maintain business' values
• Oversee all business funds
• Maintain business efficiency
• Manage fundraising events

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
