Skills / Qualifications :
- JD from an accredited law school
- Current Florida Bar admission
- 3-7 years of litigation experience (preferably in the area of insurance defense / product liability)
- Trial experience, preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
This position is hybrid and offers work-from-home and in-office workdays.
