This role combines recruitment expertise with strong business acumen, allowing you to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while also growing and nurturing client relationships. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates while also developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. - Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across industries and job functions.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Matchmaking: Assess candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to align with client requirements.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a high level of candidate care, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the offer, negotiation, and onboarding stages to ensure a smooth transition.
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients to grow the recruitment business and expand market presence.
- Lead Generation: Proactively develop business opportunities by networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital platforms.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and offer customized recruitment solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Research and stay current on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Experience: 2 years in recruitment, business development, or sales, preferably in a staffing/recruitment agency or related industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and recruitment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Sales Mindset: Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow accounts in a competitive environment.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes, clients, and candidates simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address client and candidate concerns and find creative solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and other recruitment software.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry in which you are recruiting (i.e., IT, healthcare, finance, etc.) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and managing accounts from start to finish.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies, social media platforms, and job boards.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
