Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team at Vibrant Life Senior Living. MUST have Recruiting Experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing outstanding care and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for our culture and values.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools, including Workday and Taleo, for tracking applicants.
- Negotiate employment contracts and offer letters with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, orientation, training as directed by ED's.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster connections with candidates and staff.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Kronos, Workday, or Taleo is preferred.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage employee relations effectively.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
