Role Description
This is a full time role for a Recruiter, located in Freemont, OH with some work from home acceptable. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also be responsible for onboarding new hires and assisting with the development of recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and maintain candidate databases
- Experience in developing recruiting strategies and onboarding new hires
- Proficiency with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the recruiting industry is a plus
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
