- Handle a variety of transactional matters, including estate, probate, bankruptcy, receivership, real estate, and business transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to business and real estate transactions.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and asset protection strategies.
- Assist with probate and estate planning transactions, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
- Work on bankruptcy and receivership proceedings, including structuring settlements and asset distributions.
- Provide legal counsel to business clients on regulatory compliance, risk management, and transactional strategies.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- 3 years of experience handling transactional matters in estate, probate, bankruptcy, receivership, real estate, or business law.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with business clients, financial institutions, or real estate developers is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
