Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business transactional agreements, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and more.
- Provide legal counsel on business formation, succession planning, estate planning, and probate matters.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies and solutions for their business and estate planning needs.
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely and efficient completion of legal projects.
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in business and transactional law.
- Meet the firm’s billable hour requirement of 1800 hours annually.
