What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Integrated Talent Strategies?
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to work in the Toledo, OH area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Will be required to inspect machines for possible wear as well as purchase and inventory of maintenance supplies and parts
- Will perform a variety of multi-trade functions, such as the installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment, machinery, and facility, for the generation, distribution, and utilization of electrical energy.
- High voltage experience working up to 480V
- Perform any duties necessary to maintain machinery, equipment, systems, or facilities in a state of good, safe working condition, including troubleshooting, repair, installation, removal and replacement, basic design, advanced fabrication, adjustment, rebuilding, and welding.
- Requires extensive knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and electromechanical systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Perform maintenance on equipment as needed
- Advise Maintenance manager of purchasing needs & assist with parts inventory
- Spare Parts- Ensure everything is organized and notify the supervisor of items that need to be reordered.
