Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Program Manager to work in the Avon, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and direct programs, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and objectives
- Provide technical expertise as appropriate based on own knowledge base.
- Provide direction and decisions based on knowledge and applicable information.
- Maintain cost and timing targets.
- Develops and directs development of schedules, plans, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned programs.
- Prime liaison between customer
- Ensure that all customer APQP and PPAP requirements are met by using your team and time management skills.
- Able to perform quality functions such as, assessing dimensional data and creating Control Plans / PFMEA's.
- Manage the process to ensure profitability of programs.
- Provide program status on regular intervals to management and obtain approvals at key milestones.
- Ensure compliance to internal quality specifications and business systems.
- Improve program implementation procedures and processes.
Knowledge / Skills :
Experience : 5 Years stamping related manufacturing exposure / experience preferred likely in Project / Process Engineering; QA / QC; Purchasing; Production Management.
