JOB DESCRIPTION
We are offering a VERY unique opportunity to a dedicated individual who is willing to put in hard work and maintain a successful practice. As we continue to find success in our core markets, we need someone to grow other areas of Michigan. The lucky individual will have the opportunity to be part of a large corporate entity, enjoy a profit-sharing system after 3 years, and BUILD something that they could be proud of.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have worked in the homecare field for more than 5 years
- Must have a business-oriented mentality
- Needs to be a hard worker with a “go-getter” personality
- Needs to be willing to take a lower salary the first year, to help build the business
- Need to have a great deal of common sense
- Act as liaison between current customers and clinicians as it pertains to service issues, including schedule changes requested by customers.
- Participate in initiatives related to process improvements and enhancements.
- Provide exceptional customer service in resolving problems with access to services, complaints, etc.
- Needs to have a minimum of a Medical Assistant certificate
