What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Training Coordinator position at Integrated Wellness Partners?
The Personal Training Coordinator (PTC) is a key member of the Fitness and Wellness Department. Must display a concentrated knowledge of specific health and wellness related matters including but not limited to delivering exercise prescriptions to varying age and ability levels, conducting pre-activity assessments, administering health and fitness focused programming and providing a structured system designed to support and motivate members in their wellness journey. Experienced in overseeing and executing a comprehensive and individualized approach to whole-person health and the associated service offering designed to achieve an optimal state of wellbeing. This is inclusive of delivering safe and effective exercise prescriptions protocols and employing basic lifestyle and behavior management principles. The position includes management of the Personal Training staff, the budget and business operations of the Personal Training department, and the implementation, process review, and training of Launch Wellness Assessments. The Head Coach will oversee the overall growth of personal training and assisting in oversight of Fitness and Wellness Department revenue generating programs, thus it is paramount this position exhibits excellent leadership, effective communication, exemplary customer service-related skills, and leading by example through delivering Fitness and Wellbeing services.
