Job Details
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in test automation, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on expertise using Eggplant (Eggplant Functional, Eggplant DAI, or similar).
2 years in a leadership or lead role managing automation teams.
Experience in the retail industry testing POS, eCommerce, or supply chain systems is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Eggplant scripting (SenseTalk) and model-based testing methodologies.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and integrating Eggplant automation into DevOps workflows.
Familiarity with retail technologies (e.g., payment gateways, APIs, mobile apps, IoT devices) is a plus.
Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Eggplant certifications (e.g., Eggplant Functional Expert, AI Genius) are a strong plus.
Experience leading automation for mobile and web applications in a retail setting.
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and their integration with Eggplant.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) used in retail application deployment.
Integrate Eggplant automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps) to support continuous testing and deployment of retail applications.
