Job Description
Provide wide variety of operational and administrative functions such as purchasing, billings, entering projects, entering change orders, cost revisions, correspondence, logs, collections, etc. • Maintain electronic job files and records insuring that all appropriate documents are filed accurately in the proper location on a timely basis • Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts • Track monthly subcontract cost • Generate monthly billings/prepare lien waivers • Prepare sales tax reports • Maintain various project related spreadsheets • Assist subcontractors with A/P • Collect outstanding projected related A/R • Generating warranty letters • Assist management and staff in providing administrative support necessary to conduct departmental business • General understanding of certified payroll/Davis Bacon Wages/CCIP/OCIP • Ability to invoice projects and enter required invoices into customer billing portals • Attention to detail is a MUST!
