Title: Supervisor - LI
Location: Lincoln NE 68512
Duration: 3 months Contract (Possible extension or conversion)
Shift: 1st shift 6:30 am-3:00 pm
Job Description:
What will you do?
- Manage operators’ performance, development, engagement, and discipline.
- Handle job assignments based on demand/priority shifts.
- Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Report and manage incidents, optimize workload/resource balance.
- Train & adjust Material Handler programs per customer priorities.
- Oversee logistics processes: receiving, stocking, picking, material handling, and shipping.
- Manage the Cycle Counting process and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Lead employee meetings and synchronize short-term support actions.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Planning for best practices deployment.
- Ensure service level, quality, process lead time, and productivity goals are met.
- Monitor and analyze logistics costs.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business or related field is required.
- 3 years’ experience in Warehouse Management and Shipping & Receiving.
- Experience in leading and managing cycle counting process preferred.
- Inventory management, receiving, shipping experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Previous Lean Manufacturing a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
Salary : $35 - $40
