What are the responsibilities and job description for the Animal Care Customer Service Representative position at Integrative Veterinary Service?
Integrative Veterinary Service is seeking an organized, dependable, highly-motivated Customer Service Representative/ Receptionist to help a busy veterinary clinic .
Some Responsibilities:
*Provide customer service such as greeting customers, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payment
*Preparing rooms for appointments
*Scheduling appointments
*Multi-tasking on a daily basis
*Using common sense to work through and resolve concerns, ability to work as a team member
*Helping clients through thier concerns and being able to appropratlely guide and leave messages for technicians or drs.
*Have knowledge in the animal field is a plus
*Must be able to work Fridays and Mondays open until close
*Pay is based off of experience

High School Diploma or relevant education and work experience
