The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, reception and clerical support to a leader. May supervise other clerical staff. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.


The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provides receptionist, clerical and administrative secretarial support
  • Coordinates the preparation of budgets, reports, data collection, data entry, data research and analysis, programs, and distribution of reports
  • Greets customers and handles and/or facilitates problem resolution
  • Types and copies, schedules appointments, coordinates meetings, arranges corporate travel, records minutes of corporate meetings, screens and redirects mail, orders supplies, prepares requisitions and work orders, and files/maintains files
  • The Administrative Assistant reports to assigned leader.

Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources:

  • Requires read only access to various HRIS applications. Strict maintenance of confidentiality required.

  • Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience or associate's degree and 3 years of secretarial experience or 5 years secretarial experience
  • Training in secretarial procedures through formal education or by experience
  • Previous legal secretarial experience, if applicable
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • IBMC Administration Office Only: Notary Public licensure required within 180 days of hire
