We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor – Claims to work with our partner client in the insurance (property & casualty) industry. This is a full-time onsite role at their offices in Tallahassee, FL. Our client offers a competitive base salary and a robust benefits package.

Job Summary :

Supervise employees, manage claims service operations, oversee process and work distribution, ensure adequate staffing, and adjust workflows as needed.

Required Education and Experience :

  • Four-year college degree plus two years customer service experience with a concentration in property & casualty insurance or six years customer service experience with a concentration in property & casualty insurance.
  • Prior supervisory experience (min 2 years).
  • Florida All Lines Adjuster License or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

  • Effective communicator, skilled in human relations, and capable decision making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary.
  • Knowledge of the relevant property & casualty insurance and Florida state statutes relating to insolvency.
  • Excellent computer skills to include all Microsoft Office products.
