Job Summary :
Supervise employees, manage claims service operations, oversee process and work distribution, ensure adequate staffing, and adjust workflows as needed.
Required Education and Experience :
- Four-year college degree plus two years customer service experience with a concentration in property & casualty insurance or six years customer service experience with a concentration in property & casualty insurance.
- Prior supervisory experience (min 2 years).
- Florida All Lines Adjuster License or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
