Responsible for preparation of third-party cost reports. Provide support during third-party audits including documentation and analysis. Maintain knowledge of current regulatory environment. Work with management to implement reimbursement strategies and prepare various financial analysis. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the Integritus Healthcare mission, vision, and core values. Salary based on experience.

- Responsible for timely and accurate filing of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.
- Prepare and maintain all information needed for cost report filing current.
- Maintain working relationships with auditors and fiscal intermediaries, providing requested information, supporting documentation.
- Review and process final audit adjustments for accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the preparation of Regulatory appeals.
- Prepare special cost studies as directed.
- Perform various other analytical duties as directed.
- Provide guidance and assistance to management and other staff as appropriate.
- Work with management to implement reimbursement strategies.
- Attend webinars and seminars as needed.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Complete various components of budgets.
Experience
Required- 1 - 3 years: 1-3 years
Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field
