In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy and integrity within our organization, ensuring that all financial records are meticulously managed and reported. Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Manage bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable functions to ensure timely payments and accurate records.
- Assist with corporate accounting tasks including financial statement preparation.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting roles with strong knowledge of GAAP principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
