An Office Assistant/Dispatch at Integrity is unlike a traditional Office Assistant! :
- Receive and process service requests from body shops
- Create file and build ticket based on information from shop
- Dispatch technicians to job sites
- When job is complete audit final to verify additional information has appropriate documentation and photos
- Process final bill by sending it to central review team
Here are our non-negotiables:
- Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
- Working behind a computer for an extended period of time
- Computer savvy
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
- Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude
