IT Support Technician

We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician to join the team in Nappanee, IN, a leading provider of aluminum and laminate solutions for the recreational and transportation vehicle industries. This role involves configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing user support in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure software on computers, laptops, and printers as needed, including Microsoft Office Suite and Avionte.
• Set up and configure all hardware devices, ensuring functionality and proper connectivity.
• Provide user support for software-related technical issues and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the IT Systems Manager and report issues or concerns.
• Assist with troubleshooting and reporting without direct responsibility for fixing hardware issues.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of IT support experience.
• Comfortable working 100% onsite in a manufacturing environment and interacting with blue- and grey-collar employees.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and report to a manager located in another country.
• Willingness to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including challenges from a new software switchover and increased manufacturing activity.
