Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical/electronic equipment
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding system operations
- Assist customers remotely via phone by troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Perform functional testing and verification of repaired equipment
- Identify technical errors and implement appropriate solutions
- Document repair processes and complete necessary reports
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to address system challenges
- Conduct pre-sale upgrades and conversions to align with customer requirements
- Inspect, evaluate, and refurbish returned systems from rental or demonstration use
- Configure and troubleshoot basic network connections, including IP address assignments
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in a technical or military field
- 3 years of experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical repair or a related field
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience assisting clients over the phone with troubleshooting equipment
- In-depth knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and diagnostic tools
