Workplace Investigator

We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney Investigator to join a reputable team specializing in impartial workplace investigations for public and private sector clients across diverse industries. This position offers the opportunity to handle high-profile matters and contribute to creating fair and ethical workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and impartial workplace investigations into issues such as harassment, discrimination, and ethics violations.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports, including findings and recommendations.
• Manage investigations independently, ensuring adherence to best practices and meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate with the team during onboarding and provide support for complex investigations when needed.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with clients throughout the investigation process.
• Meet annual billable requirements of at least 1,700 hours.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active licensure to practice law in California, in good standing.
• At least 3 years of third-party workplace investigation experience.
• AWI membership or certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
