Integrity Federal Services is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 5 years of experience to join our growing firm in our Beachwood, OH or Martinsburg, WV Office. This is a rare opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a fast-growing firm. Our primary client is the Federal Government working on a wide range of projects located throughout the United States.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibility will be for the development and response to Request for Proposals and Qualifications (RFP/RFQ) from government agencies both as a Prime and Sub-consultant. The Marketing Coordinator will also contribute to IFS’s success by developing, executing, and managing various marketing campaigns across different channels which may include social media, e-mail, and website content. They will participate in the company’s overall marketing strategy by analyzing market data, creating content, and collaborating with other departments to achieve marketing goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct market research (Govwin, Sam.gov, etc.) to identify potential opportunities and present at weekly procurement review meeting for Go/No Go determination.
• Manage the solicitation response process from beginning to end including outline/format.
• Perform a detailed analysis of submission requirements (RFP, RFQ, SOW) to ensure proposals are responsive and compliant.
• Create, maintain, and update all graphics, images, etc. required for submissions.

• Nurture and develop professional working relationships with multiple team partners.
• Create and update records and databases with federal forms, licensure, personnel, marketing and other data.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

• Annual salary of $65,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience
• 15 days paid time off 8 paid holidays per year

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• US Citizenship
• Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or relevant role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities
• Multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in InDesign
• Experience in federal government IDIQ submissions
• Federal Government contracting knowledge/experience
