Position: Sales Executive - Now at Our New Location!


We are excited to announce that Integrity Fire Protection has relocated to Stevens Point! As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team.

This key role within the organization is responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring satisfaction within the fire protection industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, and project managers.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to secure sales opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored fire sprinkler solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and estimates.
  • Work with internal teams (engineering, project management, and installation) to ensure accurate proposals.
  • Stay up to date on fire sprinkler systems, codes, and industry standards.
  • Educate clients on fire protection solutions and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure smooth project handovers from sales to installation teams.
  • Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related sales experience required.
  • Fire protection industry experience is ideal; or experience in some aspect of the construction industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
  • Thorough knowledge of assigned territory, market, and clients.
  • Must be motivated to succeed and a self-starter.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
