Job Summary
The Acquisition Agent ( no license required ) has a “Whatever-It-Takes” attitude and is willing to go above-and-beyond. The manager is willing to hustle and understand that his/her take-home-pay is based on performance. The Acquisition Manager has experience working on the phones, whether this experience is from real-estate sales or another type of sales. This is a long-term position with a large potential for growth. You have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in an environment that challenges you to row both personally and professionally. Generally stated your job duties will be all of those that will allow for and promote office and Company productivity. The key areas of focus for which you will be responsible will include, but are not limited to, the following;
Job Responsibilities
Prospecting
- Networking, cold-calling, and related follow-up with the overall objective of generating acquisition sales
- Prospecting for motivated sellers; The scope of work shall include, but not limited to: Networking, foreclosures, MLS Leads, Delinquents, Vacant, Probate list, Pre-Auction List
Acquisition Sales
- All Actions Related to Property Acquisitions
- Attend scheduled appointments to make a cash offer
- Refer prospects for listings post sale.
- When needed call prospects to further qualify seller motivation.
- Running comparable values;
- Walking properties, taking pictures and calculating repair estimates;
- Meeting with Sellers as deemed needed;
- Processing and submission of all required paperwork;
- Any and all other measures required to acquire properties (which shall be modified based upon acquisition method utilized).
Dispositions
- Contact and refer wholesale buyers to dispositions agent for sale and closing process.
Closing buyers
- Generation of all needed paperwork required to close sale.
Qualifications
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good organizational abilities
- Calm under pressure

- High school diploma
Key Performance Indicators
Acquisitions and Sales
- Attended a minimum of 2 motivated seller appointments per day.
- Convert 25% of acquisition appointments into contract signing appointments.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
