What you are great at

• College degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of applicable customer service experience
• Understanding of private equity and investor compliance documentation preferred
• Experience with CRMs (GHL) and investor portals (InvestNext)
• Experience with workflow automation
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with teammates and investors
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to achieve goals with clarity
• Experience with Google Suite, Dropbox, Asana, Slack
• Completing work on schedule with extreme accuracy and detailed organization
• Self-motivation and independent decision-making with exemplary follow up
• Managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and enthusiasm for tackling problems
• Dealing with significant ambiguity and translating into tangible outcomes
• Utilizing best practices and expertise to assist with business process optimization
• Technical aptitude and system navigation capabilities

What You will Achieve in this role:

• Guide investors through InvestNext portal registration
• Verify accreditation status and documentation
• Facilitate completion of all documentation required for subscription
• Coordinate important funding details to ensure investor readiness/compliance
• Configure and maintain GHL pipelines and automations
• Set up InvestNext projects and investor portals
• Manage integrations between platforms
• Troubleshoot software issues
• Maintain documentation of technical processes
