Service Technician
- Correctly diagnose service issues. Communicate with the customer
- Run all scheduled appointments to meet with customers who have a warranty issue from a previous install.
- Reassure the customer that we will resolve their issue. Be the hero.
- Correctly diagnose the issue,
- Perform the repairs if able onsite or create a plan for the team to come back and repair.
- Fit our core values (Integrity, Family, Pursuit of Elite, and Serving Others).
- Team Player with a Good Attitude.
- Pass a drug and background check.
- Have an Ohio drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Schedule: 8am-5pm (occasionally early mornings and later evenings to accommodate customers)
