Key Responsibilities :
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Help clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to chair or other locations.
- Prepare and assist with meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Monitor and record changes in the client's physical and mental health.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation.
- Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
