About the role
As a Construction Manager at Integrity Infrastructure, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing department operations and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures. You will work closely with project managers, field teams, and customers to ensure efficient project execution, resource allocation, and compliance with company policies. Your ability to manage teams, communicate effectively, and uphold our commitment to excellence will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely project updates to the Project Manager and customers.
Review and approve procurement of materials, equipment, subcontractors, and workforce resources.
Ensure timecards are verified and validated for accuracy.
Confirm completion of daily and monthly vehicle inspections.
Support the fleet department by ensuring driver qualifications remain up to date.
Enforce adherence to the company’s safety policies and industry regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- 1-3 years of industry-specific experience.
- Solid knowledge of infrastructure components and construction processes.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Physically capable of working in confined spaces and lifting heavy equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
