About the role:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, equipment tracking, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace. This role supports field and administrative teams by ensuring timely and accurate distribution of materials and supplies.
What you'll do:
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
Organize and label inventory to ensure accessibility and ease of tracking.
Manage stock rotation and ensure timely restocking of essential items.
Coordinate with purchasing or procurement teams for reorders.
Equipment & Asset Tracking
Monitor tools and equipment checked in/out by field crews.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment for damage or maintenance needs.
Keep detailed logs of asset movements and locations.
Organization & Cleanliness
Keep warehouse and yard clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Implement and enforce storage and labeling systems.
Ensure all walkways and emergency exits are clear and accessible.
Support Field Operations
Prepare and stage materials and tools for upcoming projects.
Respond to last-minute needs from field teams efficiently and accurately.
Ensure kits or job boxes are packed according to project specifications.
Administrative Support
Maintain warehouse logs, records, and documentation as required.
Assist with inventory software or spreadsheet updates.
Support audits, safety inspections, and inventory reconciliations.
