About the Role
While most of the work is “customer-facing”, this is much more than a simple helpdesk or call center role. You can expect a blend of technical support and services, system administration, technical project work, and more.
As such, the Technical Systems Analyst is expected to model professionalism with stellar communication skills, interfacing with clients and team members both on-site and online. Daily activities include a wide variety of tasks with varying levels of complexity, assigned based on the engineer's experience, background, and knowledge scope.

Salary Range
35k – 40k
Primary Responsibilities
- Interface directly with clients, often on-site (within the KC metro area)
- Consult with users to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications.
- Use clear, kind, and helpful verbal and written communication.
- Be proactive in looking for the next task and finding improvements for our clients.
- Have in-depth troubleshooting knowledge in Windows desktop operating systems.
- Be driven to learn more about technology, team dynamics, and self-awareness.
- Create/Plan/Update/ documentation of client specific computer programs based on and related to client’s specifications or client’s machine operating systems.
- Be familiar with network administration, support, design, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Work with Office 365 and other cloud technologies for support and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot, maintain, install, and repair computer peripherals.
- Support and troubleshoot software application integrations and plugins.
- Proactively perform regular system checks, routine maintenance, continuous review, resolve and escalate alerts related to online and local backups of servers, key workstations and cloud-to-cloud backups of Office 365 and Google Workspace.
- Assist with mobile device support, troubleshooting, and configuration.
Job Requirements
- Completed courses in Technical IT Career Training program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Windows desktop operating system installation and troubleshooting
- Office365 and other cloud service configuration and troubleshooting
- PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- Printer and scanner setup and troubleshooting
- Mobile device configuration and troubleshooting
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Naturally process-driven and efficiency oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks with shifting priorities.
- Flexibility to adjust to new tasks as client or company needs change.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients, co-workers, and leadership.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
