Integrity Living Options, Inc. (ILO), is a Minnesota based organization that provides services and supports for individuals with a range of mental health diagnoses. ILO is seeking individuals to work Full-time and Part-time positions in our In-Home Supports Division. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide services to individuals by consistently meeting and assessing the individual’s goals and needs (per guidelines set by DHS and the agency). Individuals who are employed in the In-Home Supports Division are assigned a caseload of clients in a central location; however, a caseload could span the seven-county metro area depending on client needs. The In-Home Supports Division encompasses the following positions: Individualized Home Supports Staff (IHS), and Housing Stabilization Services Staff (HSS)
The role of the Housing Stabilization Specialist (HSS) is to assist clients with obtaining and maintaining housing. Staff will assist clients with planning for, finding and moving to homes of their own in the community. Staff will also assist clients with maintaining housing in their own home in the community.
The role of the Individualized Home Support Staff (IHS) is to provide direct supervision and training for people who live in community settings. Broad categories for support include community participation, health, safety and wellness, household management, and adaptive skills by offering guidance and instruction to the client. Persons served are typically seen multiple times weekly and may require remote support for the purposes of check-ins and consultation.
