STARTING AT $20.00/HR. PLUS $500 SIGN ON BONUS
The role of the Program Counselor (PC) is to conduct verbal and physical check-ins and counseling to ensure safety and proactively assist in problem solving concerns.
Overall job duties include but are not limited to:
- Meeting clients in their home throughout the Twin Cities Metro
- Calling clients to discuss progress or identify any concerns
- Prevention of crisis situations by coaching clients to utilize resources in the community or alternative coping skills
- Responding to emergency/crisis calls
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary team
- Completing documentation requirements
