Position: Intermediate SME - Geospatial

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (Intermediate) to join our dynamic team. This role requires providing expert support, analysis, and research into complex problems and processes with minimal supervision. As a technical authority on executive-level project teams, you will offer direction, interpretation, and alternative solutions, showcasing exceptional written and oral communication skills. Utilizing extensive technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines, you will guide the successful completion of major programs and may assume leadership roles within projects. The position demands creativity and autonomy in developing technical solutions, with expertise in specific areas of Information Technology or functional domains such as finance and logistics

Duties

• In-depth knowledge of the DODIN network architecture, theater regional infrastructure to conduct data analysis on network utilization
• Understand and execute straight-line diagrams and geographic circuit maps and other documentation in the appropriate formats and providing the level of detail necessary for DISA network operations
• Utilize and maintain the Transport bandwidth network connectivity maps using existing Government ArcGIS software
• Apply extensive technical expertise and knowledge across related disciplines
• Maintain accurate records of bandwidth cost and services, review, and revalidation of commercial leased circuits
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least ten years of professional experience.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Experienced user of ArcGIS Pro
